Guest ordering

Guests never install an app. They scan a spot QR or open the venue link and order in their browser.

1. 1Scan a spot QR

   The code opens /q/{code}. The menu loads for that venue and the order is tagged with the spot label (Table 12, Room 214…).

   Share /m/{venue-slug} for pickup or delivery when enabled in Branches. Spot-bound dine-in still uses /q/ codes.

3. 3Place the order

   Guests browse in their device language, add items and submit. Payment for food is at the venue today — OrdivaQR does not process guest card payments yet. Staff see the order instantly on the Orders board.
