Privacy Policy

OrdivaQR (“we”) processes account, menu, order and analytics data to provide the QR menu and ordering service at ordivaqr.com. We do not sell personal data.

Data we collect

Account details (name, email), business and venue information, menu content, order records, feedback, payment references from our Merchant of Record (Paddle), and basic usage analytics.

Processors

Infrastructure may include Supabase (database/storage), Paddle (subscription billing), email delivery providers, and optional AI providers for menu import and translations.

AI waiter

Where a venue has enabled the 3D waiter, what you say to it is transcribed to text on your own device; no audio is recorded or stored. The text of the conversation may be kept for up to 14 days to improve the waiter — only when the venue has switched this on — after personal details such as phone numbers, e-mails and card numbers have been removed. The stored text carries no name, account or other personal identifier, and it is erased automatically when the retention period ends.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may request access, correction or deletion of your account data via the contact form. Guest order data is retained as needed for the venue’s operations.
