OrdivaQR (“we”) processes account, menu, order and analytics data to provide the QR menu and ordering service at ordivaqr.com. We do not sell personal data.

Data we collect

Account details (name, email), business and venue information, menu content, order records, feedback, payment references from our Merchant of Record (Paddle), and basic usage analytics.

Processors

Infrastructure may include Supabase (database/storage), Paddle (subscription billing), email delivery providers, and optional AI providers for menu import and translations.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may request access, correction or deletion of your account data via the contact form. Guest order data is retained as needed for the venue’s operations.
