Service
OrdivaQR is operated by OrdivaQR Inc. OrdivaQR provides QR menu display and order-taking software as a subscription. Customers pay the venue directly; OrdivaQR does not process customer payments for food orders in the current version.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. OrdivaQR SaaS subscriptions are sold through Paddle; guest menu food orders are paid to the venue and are not charged through Paddle.
Subscriptions & trial
Every business gets a 30-day free trial. Adding a payment method during signup is optional but recommended so your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends. Without a card on file, the account freezes after the trial until you subscribe. After the trial, an active subscription (Starter, Pro or Enterprise) is required to keep menus live. Subscriptions can be frozen for seasonal closures and canceled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Local taxes (VAT/GST) on subscriptions are calculated and remitted by Paddle.
Digital Transformation Consultant program
Individuals (including students) may self-register as Digital Transformation Consultants (resellers) without forming a company. Consultants earn a 20% recurring commission on net subscription revenue from businesses they refer or onboard. Commissions accrue on each successful payment and are paid out monthly once the payout threshold is met (default USD 100).
Content
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of menus, prices and allergen information, and for honoring orders received through the platform.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
