Signup creates a trialing subscription for 30 days with no credit card. You get reminder emails near the end. When the trial expires without a paid plan, public menus go offline.

On Billing, pick Starter, Pro or Enterprise (monthly or yearly) and complete checkout. The checkout provider is the Merchant of Record - they handle tax, invoices and payment support.
3Referred business discount
If your business was referred by a partner, your discount is applied automatically at checkout — you don't need to do anything. If you were given a referral code instead, type it in the discount field at checkout to get the same discount and credit the partner. Your subscription keeps that discount on renewal.
4Freeze for seasonal closures
Seasonal venue? Pause instead of cancel: Dashboard > Billing > Freeze, pick 1-12 months and confirm. While frozen, public menus go offline, billing pauses, and all data is kept. The freeze end date is shown on Billing.

Resume early with Billing > Unfreeze now - reactivation always goes through a fresh checkout so payment details are confirmed again. When the freeze period ends on its own, the subscription needs a new checkout to reactivate. Nothing is deleted while frozen.

Not coming back? Cancel stops renewal at the end of the paid period; menus go offline then. You can cancel from Billing at any time.
