Signup creates a trialing subscription for 30 days with no credit card. You get reminder emails near the end. When the trial expires without a paid plan, public menus go offline.

On Billing, pick Starter, Pro or Enterprise (monthly or yearly). Checkout opens Paddle.com as Merchant of Record — they handle tax, invoices and payment support.
3Freeze or cancel
Freeze pauses billing for seasonal venues (menus offline, data kept). Cancel stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Manage both from Billing.
