실시간 주문 게시판

온보딩 후 직원은 대시보드의 주문 게시판에서 서비스를 실행합니다. 모든 티켓에는 정확한 지점이 표시되므로 어디서 서비스를 제공해야 하는지 알 수 있습니다.

  1. 1Open the Orders board

    Sign in and go to the dashboard home (Orders). Each card shows the spot label, order type, line items, notes, total and time. New tickets land here when a guest scans a spot QR and places an order.

  2. 2Advance the status

    Move every order forward one step: Accept → Start preparing → Mark ready → Mark delivered. Use filters (Active, New, Preparing, Ready, Delivered, All) to focus the kitchen or floor. Accepted tickets stay inside Active until delivered or canceled.

  3. 3주문을 다른 테이블로 옮기기

    손님이 가끔 테이블을 바꾸곤 합니다. 주문 카드에서 이동을 사용하고 구역과 새 테이블을 선택한 후 확인하면 티켓이 새 지점에 즉시 다시 정리됩니다. 손님은 자신의 주문을 이동할 수도 있습니다. 다른 테이블의 QR을 스캔하면 메뉴에서 활성 주문을 가져오도록 제안합니다. 이동은 주문이 배송되거나 취소될 때까지 이루어지며, 픽업 또는 배송 주문에 테이블을 할당할 수도 있습니다.

  4. 4Cancel when needed

    Cancel is available until an order is delivered. Confirm before canceling. Guests pay at the venue today — OrdivaQR does not charge guest cards — so settle any payment offline if needed.

  5. 5Stay live

    Keep the Orders tab open. New orders play a short chime and refresh via realtime (with a 15-second backup poll). Use Refresh if the network blips. Switch venues from the dashboard venue picker when you run more than one branch.
