What is OrdivaQR?
OrdivaQR is a QR menu and online ordering SaaS. Each QR code is bound to a spot (table, room, sunbed, apartment or seat) so orders arrive with the exact location. Guests do not install an app.

Which businesses can use OrdivaQR?
Restaurants and cafes, hotels (room service and restaurant), residential complexes, pool and beach cafes, and trains or buses with wagon/seat codes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every business gets a 30-day free trial with no credit card. After the trial, choose Starter, Pro or Enterprise to keep menus live.
Can I freeze my subscription for seasonal venues?
Yes. Owners can freeze an active subscription for seasonal closures. Menus go offline while frozen; data is retained.
Who processes subscription payments?
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for OrdivaQR subscriptions. Paddle handles tax, invoicing and payment support.
Can menus be translated automatically?
Yes. OrdivaQR can auto-translate menus with AI and open them in the guest’s device language. Owners can override translations.
Do customers pay online through OrdivaQR?
Not in the current version. Guests place orders via QR; they pay at the venue. Online guest payments are planned for a later phase.
How many spots do I get?
Starter includes 100 spots; Pro 500; Enterprise 5,000. Branches are unlimited on every plan — spot limits apply across all branches. One subscription covers the whole business.
