Scheda degli ordini in tempo reale

Dopo l'onboarding, il personale esegue il servizio dalla scheda Ordini sul dashboard: ogni biglietto mostra il punto esatto in modo che tu sappia dove servire.

  1. 1Open the Orders board

    Sign in and go to the dashboard home (Orders). Each card shows the spot label, order type, line items, notes, total and time. New tickets land here when a guest scans a spot QR and places an order.

  2. 2Advance the status

    Move every order forward one step: Accept → Start preparing → Mark ready → Mark delivered. Use filters (Active, New, Preparing, Ready, Delivered, All) to focus the kitchen or floor. Accepted tickets stay inside Active until delivered or canceled.

  3. 3Cancel when needed

    Cancel is available until an order is delivered. Confirm before canceling. Guests pay at the venue today — OrdivaQR does not charge guest cards — so settle any payment offline if needed.

  4. 4Stay live

    Keep the Orders tab open. New orders play a short chime and refresh via realtime (with a 15-second backup poll). Use Refresh if the network blips. Switch venues from the dashboard venue picker when you run more than one branch.
